Hereby covenants not to sue-and voluntarily releases, waives, discharges and relinquishes the Beachburg and Ottawa River Sportsman's Club Inc. or any of it's officers, directors, agents, servants, volunteers or employees :from all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or in equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused, arising or to arise by reason of engaging in or being present at the activities of the Beachburg and Ottawa River Sportsman's Club InC., whether the same shall rise by the negligence of any person(s) or otherwise. IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE UNDERSIGNED BY TIllS INSlRUMENT, TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE THE BEACHBURG AND OTTAWA RIVER SPORTSM.AWS CLUB INC., OR ANY OFITS OFFICERS. DIRECfORS, AGENTS, SERV ANTS~-OR EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING VOLUNTEERS, FR-OM ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR DEATIL 3.
