Billing and Payments Add billing information to your account before your free trial expires so you can continue using G Suite without interruption. We recommend that you set up your billing early during your free trial. You won't be charged until your trial is over. You can cancel during your trial without making any payments. You can pay by the month and cancel your G Suite subscription any time, or pay for the whole year at a discounted price. You may have different payment options depending on your country. See what payment options are available in your country. Important: You can’t change the country later, so choose the country where your business is located.

Billing Overview Access your Billing Se ings 1.
Sign in to the Admin console with your G Suite administrator email address and password.
2.
From the Admin console Home page, click Billing > Set Up Billing. If your free trial has expired you’ll see a message that your service is suspended when you sign in to your Admin console. Click Fix this and follow the instructions to start the billing setup and keep using G Suite.
3.
From the drop-down list, select your billing country and currency. The country you choose determines what payment methods and currencies you can use to pay for your subscription.
1.2
Select a payment plan Depending on your country, you may have a choice between 2 payment plans: flexible or annual. Whichever you choose, you won’t be charged until your free trial ends.
Flexible Plan ●
Pay monthly for each user account.
●
Add and remove users any time, and only pay for accounts you use that month.
●
Cancel at any time.
●
Recommended for small organizations with a variable workforce.
Annual Plan (not available in all countries) ●
Pay monthly at a discounted rate.
●
One-year contract for a minimum number of users.
●
Add more users at any time.
●
You can’t reduce your number of users until it’s time to renew your contract.
●
If you cancel before the year is up, you still pay for a full year.
●
Recommended for organizations with a constant or growing workforce.

Decide how many users you need You need a user account for every team member who uses G Suite. An account provides users with a name and password to sign in to G Suite, as well as an email address if you use Gmail. 1.
Enter the number of users you need: ○
If you selected the Flexible Plan: The number of users is already there. It is based on the number of user accounts you currently have, so you can’t change it here. You can add or remove users later if you need to.
○
If you selected the Annual Plan: The number of users you enter here is the number of user licenses you commit to purchasing for the year. If you need to add more users at a later date, you can buy more licenses. You can't remove licenses until it's time to renew your annual contract.
2.
(Optional) If you have a promotional code, click Promotion Code and enter it in the field.
3.
1.4
Click Continue.
Agree to the terms of service You must agree to the G Suite terms of service before you can continue. 1.
Review your plan.
2.
(Optional) To make changes to your plan, click Back.
3.
Check the box to accept the G Suite for Work agreement.
4.
Click Continue.
Annual Plan subscribers: With the Annual Plan, you commit to paying for a full year of service for the licenses you purchase now—even if you cancel service before the year is up. However, your commitment doesn't begin until your free trial ends. If you're still in your trial, you can switch to the Flexible Plan before your trial ends without paying a closeout charge. After your trial ends, you commit to the annual payment.

Select your type of billing account Next, select whether your G Suite service is for personal or business use. In some cases, you can specify a Value Added Tax (VAT) number that will exempt you from incurring VAT charges. For details, see VAT overview. Important: You can't change your Business or Individual setting later.
1.6
Enter your contact information Some information may already be filled out, based on details you entered when you signed up for G Suite. You can change this information now, or you can come back to your billing settings later to change it. 1.
Under Name and address, enter the business name and address you'd like associated with your billing account. They will appear on any invoices or receipts for your account.
2.
Under Primary contact, enter the name, phone number, and email address of the person you want to be the primary contact for billing notifications. We'll email secure messages to them.
1.7
Choose your payment method Next, decide how you’d like to pay for G Suite. When your free trial is over and your paid service begins, you’ll be charged every month for your subscription. If you bought a domain from Google when you signed up for G Suite, your domain registration was paid for with the payment method you used at the time of purchase. You can change your payment method at any time from Billing in your Admin console. To keep using G Suite without interruption, always keep your payment method up to date. Depending on your country, you may have some of these payment options available: ●
Credit or debit card: To pay with your card, select Credit or debit card and enter your card details. We recommend adding a back-up credit card in case your primary card payment is declined.

●
Bank account: Depending on your country, you may be able to pay with your bank account (direct debit). To do this, select Bank account and enter your details.
●
Manual Prepay: Add credit to your account by paying in lump sums with your primary billing method. Instead of charging your primary payment method, we’ll debit the automatic payment from your prepaid credit.
Note: If bank payment is available, it may take a few days to verify your ownership of the bank account. If your free trial might expire before the account is verified, add a credit card as your payment method. This way, your service remains uninterrupted. You can then come back later to change your payment method to your bank account.
