Active participation in arranging meetings/ seminar in Ludhiana/Punjab, Award of honor As Patron of Indian Red cross society by Governor of Punjab.

Actively arranged/participated At Panipat conference.
2010
Became Secretary of Punjab Chapter IIISLA &Successfully organized 4 days training seminar at Dalhousie. One day protest on 15.10.2010 & managed to deliver letters for surveyors demands to almost 250 offices of insurers & also send memorandum to Finance minister through each district/Town heads on the same day.
2011
Successfully organized 9 days continue strike against insurance co’s. in whole Punjab for demands of surveyors & achieved goal by enhancing limits of B & C category . Job rotation ,against illegal deduction of survey fee.
1999
Became Associate member of IIISA.& later Fellow.& vice Chairman of IISA Punjab
Attended various Seminars one Day & three days conducted by IISA & IIISLA at Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Pathankot, Kufri,Manali, Chail (Simla), Bhimtal, Dalhousie,Allahabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, etc. etc.
Words of wisdom provided to me by my mentor/role model/persons who influenced my life and that my wish to provide to the surveyor fraternity Well fare for all. ( Sarbat Da Bhalla)
