VEHICLE AND SERVICES

Select the right vehicle for the items you want moved. Then select your timing preference within 45 minutes or schedule up to 2 weeks in advance.

MATCH Our app matches you with a driver within a couple of minutes and provides you with contact details and an ETA to the pickup location. If your booking is immediate, he’ll arrive within 60 minutes. If your booking is scheduled, he’ll arrive on time.

TRACK

Once your items are loaded and your delivery is in progress, you can track your driver’s location and ETA in our app. Chat with our CS Center for assistance anytime.

COMPLETION

Once your items arrive at their destination, you’ll receive a digital signature from your receiver. If there are multiple destinations, you’ll receive one for each receiver. If you have a good experience, favorite your driver for future bookings.

Full Day option As an alternative to our Standard Fares based on distance, you can also book any of our vehicles for a Full Day at a flat price. Enjoy a 10 hour Full Day with unlimited distance and destinations within our Standard Service Area (see our website for the map). The flat price is inclusive of your driver’s time, usage of vehicle, fuel, and loading and unloading services for a total period of 10 hours. Overtime, additional helpers, and driving outside of our Standard Service Area are extra at the prices below. Reimbursement for parking and tolls are at actual price. Don’t forget to provide your driver with a meal break.
