简 介 为进一步增进中国与东盟的了解与友谊、开展更务实的教育合作、铺设更畅通的合作 渠道、 拓展更多维的合作领域、加强区域间文化交流，自 2008 年起，中国教育部、外 交部及贵州省人民政府已联合在贵州省成功举办了 9 届中国-东盟教育交流周（以下简称 “交流周”）。迄今为止，交流周已吸引来自中国及东盟国家的参会者 11834 余人，参会 学校及教育机构逾 2717 所，在交流周上成功签署 1088 份教育合作协议或合作备忘录。 过去 9 年，交流周举办了教育部长圆桌会议、大学校长论坛、学术研讨会、教育资源展、 专题研修班、青少年文化节、学生夏令营等 170 项形式多样、内容丰富的活动，为中国东盟教育交流搭建了宽阔的平台，成果显著。中国-东盟教育交流周立足现在，放眼未来， 致力于构建中国与东盟国家人文交流的主要平台和特色品牌。 2017 年是中国-东盟教育交流周十周年。第十届交流周将回顾过去十年成果、规划展 望未来发展愿景，助力“一带一路”建设，结合 2017 中国-东盟旅游合作年，围绕加强中 国和东盟校际合作、推动师生交流、提高人才培养质量、服务区域经济建设和社会发展等 内容举办系列活动。 Introduction Since 2008, the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW), hosted by the Ministry of Education of P.R.China, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P.R.China, and the People’s Government of Guizhou Province, has been successfully held in Guizhou, P.R.China for 9 consecutive years. CAECW has become a well-known and important platform for educational and cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN to enhance better understanding and friendship, to pave more ways of practical education cooperation, to expand multi-dimensional collaborative fields and to strengthen regional communication and development. Up till now, CAECW has attracted over 11,834 guests, 2,717 colleges and universities, as well as educational organizations from China, ASEAN and other countries, with 1088 education agreements and cooperation memorandums being signed. 170 activities have been conducted over the past 9 years, including Education Minister Roundtable Conference, University Rector Forums, Acedemic Seminars, Educational Exhibitions, Thematic Trainings, Youth Cultural Festivals, Youth Summer Camps, etc. The practical and diverse activities provide a broad and effective platform for China-ASEAN educational exchanges. The year 2017 is the 10th anniversary of CAECW. The 10th CAECW will review achievements of the past decade and look forward to the future development. Adhering to "The Belt and Road" development and the “2017 China-ASEAN Tourism Cooperation Year”, the 10th CAECW will hold a series of activities to strengthen the intercollegiate cooperation, promote teacher and student exchanges, improve the quality of talent cultivation and serve the regional economic construction and social development between China and ASEAN.

Curtain-up period: July 28 (Friday)- August 3, 2017 Other activities will be held throughout the year of 2017 开幕期是核心阶段，将在贵州省举办。贯穿全年活动将在中国和东盟多地冠以第十届交流周名 义举办。
Activities of curtain-up period is the core of the 10th CAECW and will be held in Guizhou, P.R.China. Otherwise, a series of activities authorized by the Organizing Committee of CAECW will be held under the name of the 10th CAECW in both China and ASEAN.
参与范围 Participants
【参与国别】 在中国和东盟 10+1 的基础上，采用特邀伙伴国机制，2017 年将邀请瑞士、 俄罗斯等国参与活动。 【参与人群】政要；教育官员；外交使节；大、中、小学校长、教师、青少年、专家学者； 企业代表；媒体代表等。 【Countries involved】 The mechanism of Special Guest Countries has been set up since 2015 on the basis of ASEAN-China10+1. The Special Guest Countries of the 10th CAECW will be Switzerland and Russia etc. 【Participants】 Important members of the government, education officials, diplomatic envoys, principals and rectors, scholars and experts, teachers, students, entrepreneurs, media, etc.
活动丰富 Activities
第十届交流周开幕期将在中国贵州举办 24 项活动，包括开幕式和中国-东盟百名校长牵手 未来系列活动、中国-东盟青少年交流系列活动、中国-东盟人文交流系列活动、第三届中 国-东盟职业教育博览会、中国-东盟教育合作与人才交流洽谈会五大板块。此外，14 项贯 穿全年活动将冠第十届交流周名在中国和东盟多地贯穿全年举办。 The 10th CAECW will hold 24 activities during curtain-up period, including Opening Ceremony, 100 China-ASEAN Presidents Cooperating for the Future Series, China-ASEAN Youth Exchange Series, China-ASEAN Culture Exchange Series, the 3rd China-ASEAN TVET Expo, China-ASEAN Education Cooperation and Talent Exchange Fair, etc. Otherwise, 14 activities will be held under the name of the 10th CAECW both in China and ASEAN states throughout the year of 2017.

中国贵州——交流周的永久举办地 Guizhou, P. R. China---Permanent Host Province for CAECW 贵州省，简称“黔”或“贵”，地处中国西南腹地，全省总面积17.61万平方千米，辖6个地级 市、3个自治州和1个国家级新区，气候冬暖夏凉的贵阳市是其省会。贵州省共有常住人口3508.04 万人， 其中有逾1225万少数民族人口，包括苗、布依、侗、土家等18个少数民族。贵州平均海拔 在1100米左右，是全国唯一没有平原支撑的省份，是世界上岩溶地貌发育最典型的地区之一，有绚 丽多彩的喀斯特景观。冬暖夏凉的气候、怡人的自然风光与独特丰富的少数民族文化使贵州享誉东 亚最佳避暑圣地之一。 Guizhou Province, abbreviated to "Qian" or "Gui" , is located in the southwestern part of China. With a total area of 176,100 square kilometres, Guizhou consists of 6 cities, 3 autonomous prefectures and 1 national new district. Guiyang City, best known for the cool and amicable summer climate, is the provincial capital. Guizhou has a permanent resident population of 35,080,400, among which 12,250,000 are 18 minorities, including Miao, Buyi, Dong, Tujia and so on. Guizhou, a mountainous province with an average altitude of 1,100 meters, is the only province with no expansive flatlands in China. Guizhou is one of the most typical Karst landforms in the world with gorgeous Karst landscapes. Good weather coupled with picturesque landscapes and colorful minority cultures make Guizhou one of the most frequently visited summer resort destinations in East Asia.

贵州教育情况 Education in Guizhou 2016 年，贵州省共有各级各类学校 18,697 所(个)，在校生人数 9,026,662 人。其中，幼儿园 8,008 所，在园儿童 1,446,274 人；小学 7,818 所，在校生 3,533,745 人；初中 2,099 所，在校生 1,891,411 人；普通高中 437 所，在校生 993,695 人；特殊教育学校 76 所，在校生 20,235 人；中等职业学校 195 所，在校生 550,922 人；普通高等院校 64 所，在校生 590,380 人。 贵州省有 64 所普通高等学校，其中本科院校 27 所。普通本科高校中综合类高校 7 所（含 1 所全 国重点建设综合性大学“211”工程学校），医学类 3 所，师范类 6 所，财经类 2 所，理工类 1 所，另 有 8 所独立学院。高职高专院校 37 所，其中专科院校 7 所，高职院校 25 所。 In recent years, the education of Guizhou Province has undergone significant development. By the end of 2016, Guizhou had 8,008 kindergartens with 1,446,274 children, 7,818 elementary schools with 3,533,745 students, 2,099 junior high schools with 1,891,411 students, 437 senior high schools with 993,695 students, 76 special education schools with 20,235 students, 195 secondary vocational schools with 550,922 students, 64 colleges and universities with 590,380 students. In the provice, there are 27 universities offering degree programs and 37 vocational colleges. There are 7 comprehensive universities (including one “211 Project” national key university), 3 medical universities, 6 normal universities, 2 financial and economic universities, 1 science and technology university and 8 community-financed institutes.
