Customer requests will be catered for to the best of our ability, but the decision to consume a meal is the responsibility of the diner. THE CARINE SET MENU TERMS AND CONDITIONS Confirmation of Booking Set Menus are only available for groups of twenty guests or more. Due to high demand we are unable to take tentative set menu bookings for our Christmas period. Set menu bookings will only be confirmed once this form has been completed and returned. Dietary requirements must be confirmed ten working days prior to the event. This allows our chefs to ensure the quality and availability of food. Cancellations No deposit is required for your set menu celebration; however we require these details to confirm your booking. Final numbers must be confirmed seven days prior to your set menu function, and they are the final numbers you will be charged for on the day. Cancellations must be notified to the function cocoordinator at LEAST seven days prior to your booking to avoid being charged in full. Payments We accept debit cards as well as all major credit cards, including AMEX and Diners Club, we can also provide separate billing on the day. We DO NOT accept payment by online Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or cheque.
