Coupeville Elementary Alternative Bus Routes 2016 - 2017 Transportation 678-2409 When the alternative bus routes are in effect, students will be dropped off at the same location they were picked up. Please remember that students in 2nd grade or below must be met by an adult, or the student will be returned to the elementary school at the end of the route. Go to the stop closest and safest for your students. Times are approximate and could vary up to 15 minutes because of the weather.
