Players whose characters are not present may buy 1 redraw by spending a Green token. Refresh your procedural tokens when you use them all up. Consequence Cards Draw a consequence card after buying a redraw with a procedural token. • Spent Green: If your consequence card is an up card describe an Advantage for your character next scene. • Spent Yellow: No consequence. • Spent Red: If your consequence card is a down card describe an Obstacle for your character next scene. Player Versus Player The highest card wins. 1. Strong abilities beat Weak abilities, no contest. 2. Players select procedural token in secret, revealing simultaneously. 3. Each player draws one card for free. All cards are kept in the open. Maximum hand size is three. 4. Tokens are worth 3, 2, or 1 redraws. +1 redraw for a Strong ability. 5. Redraws are spent to either buy more cards or to change a card on the field. You can target your opponent's cards. Present and helping characters can spend a Green token to force a redraw. GM can force 1 redraw at any time during scene.

Uses for a Bennie You can spend only one bennie per scene. • Crash a scene (that caller doesn't want you in) • Block someone from crashing a scene you called • Buy a token (drama or procedural) • Draw an additional card in a procedural scene • Call the next scene (give up your next turn in the normal order) • Burn 1 token held by another player (drama or procedural) Was the Petition Granted? (Petitioner decides) • If Yes, it stands. • If No, other players (including GM) may vote to overrule. Scene caller gets an extra tie-breaking vote if necessary. Challenges 1. I want something other than the scene caller describes. 2. The caller can describe/modify to convince you. 3. If you're not convinced players vote, GM abstains to break ties. Anyone May Narrate • The presence/behavior of walk-on characters. • The consequences of their character's actions. • The surrounding details of the scene.
