Configurando destinatários no GLPI Criado no domingo 12 outubro 2014 • Configurando os destinatários no GLPI, o função destinatários, coleta os emails enviado à um endereço previamente configurado, e os trasnforma em tickets automáticamente • Para o GLPI criar os tickets automaticamente, é necessário cadastrar o email do usuário previamente no GLPI, caso não houvesse essa função, qualquer usuário na internet poderia criar um chamado via e-mail no seu GLPI. Nome (Endereço de e-mail)
