The Neelyville/Hillview PTO is excited to begin our Winter Fundraiser to aid construction of a 30x40 covered pavilion which will serve: #1. Our NES students during recess—this will provide an alternate area for those who’d like to read, write, draw, or just hang out at recess; also provide our students a shaded area in the fall and spring…… #2. Our NES teachers as an outdoor classroom, and #3. can be utilized during the summer, for our summer ball program. Our Goal is to sell 400 small pavers and 100 large pavers. We are requesting that each student in our Elementary, Early Childhood through Sixth Grade, participate by selling at least 2 Bricks. These pavers will be added to the pavilion, essentially a permanent fixture of our school. At the mere cost of a yearbook, your family/child’s name will be forever commemorated at our school. We would like to include EVERYONE on the opportunity to purchase a brick to be added to our project. Please ask everyone you know: Members of our Community-past or present High School Alumni Local Businesses Clubs/Organizations High School Students/Parents Fundraising Brick is a great way to honor a high school senior or a loved one. Certificates are available, if purchase will be for a gift. Our top selling class AND top selling student at each campus will earn their very own brick!!! If our goal is met, we will also host a fun incentive for our students to celebrate. Please have students return orders to their homeroom teachers by:

Our Next Meeting….. PTO would like to invite everyone to attend our next meeting on Tuesday, December 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the Hillview cafeteria. Congratulations to Mrs. Cosgrove’s class for winning attendance at our November meeting, they earned a popcorn party. Mrs. Truelove won our teacher door prize and Mrs. Dora Burns won our family door prize. PTO will provide snacks and quiet activities to entertain your children or grandchildren while you participate in the meeting. Your attendance and participation help earn your child’s class a reward party!!! Hope to see you there!
