Create Learning Plan Your Learning Plan will provide a framework to choose Professional Development Activities (PDA) to complete your Learning Goals

CC Manual, RSAT Form, Learning Plan Form, PDA List with points value, documenation criteria, etc. is available on the Board website: www.colorado.gov/dora/ Physical_Therapy_CPC

Prior to renewing, accrue 30 PDA Points (each 2 year-renewal period, at least 15 points must be Category I activities)

Retain Documentation of Professional Development Activities (PDA) for 4 years

October 31 of even years

Renew License by October 31 of even years

The Board will conduct an audit of compliance following the renewal period.
