8 Week programme One Manchester is a social housing provider and manage 12500 properties across South Manchester and East Manchester. Within these wards our housing stock is split into 9 separate neighbourhoods which vary depending on the age and type of properties, the layout of the estates and the diversity of the residents who live there One Manchester feel this placement would be a great benefit to anyone interested in gaining work experience within the field of administration, reception, call centre and housing. Whilst on work placement your time will be spent shadowing a colleague and learning about the customer service role. During your time with City South you can be issued tasks which may include but not exclusively the following: • Undertaking telephone surveys • Undertaking face-to face surveys in reception • Collating and inputting data • Undertaking outbound and receiving incoming calls • Reception support • Dealing with the info@ email account • Using office equipment, systems and processes • Compile with Health and Safety requirement
