Minimum 2 year of experience in Customer Service via Live Chat, FB Messenger (occasionally Phone Hotline) Based Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Fluent in Vietnamese and English Full-time employment Your working hours are from 6pm – 12am for 6 days within Monday to Sunday University students are welcome who are looking for part time job basis and work offsite. Your role in a nutshell: As SoNice’s Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in creating the customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact, via Live Chat, FB Messenger and occasionally Phone Hotline, for all customer inquiries and be directly responsible for keeping our customers happy. Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our sonice customers Process order and help till final purchase of buyers across Vietnam Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement

Handle customers and vendors’ requests Constantly work towards improving customer experience

Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and constantly smiling Ability to take initiative, willingness to learn Good computer skills Fluent in Vietnamese and English Good customer service skills Any profile is welcome (students, young graduates, experienced call center agents) – remuneration based on experience Candidate with more experience would be considered as a Team Leader Full time: 6 working days per week are required

Compensation package: • Fix salary: Based on the experience in the Customer Service field and the English skills

Working Time & Day: • 6 days within Monday to Sunday from 6pm – 12am
