Dear Managers/Coaches: I have attached a schedule for soccer pictures. (All pictures take place behind the soccer shack and cook house area.) Thank you to Jim Zadorozny who will be our photographer again this year. For teams who may not be aware; coaches, assistant coaches and managers are all encouraged to be a part of their team's picture. Please see the attached Order Forms and the Manager Forms as well as the prices list. These lists will be posted on the VSA website too. Please make sure you complete all the steps below to make pictures day run smoothly. 1.- Please provide an Order Form to each player. 2.- Fill out the Manager Form PRIOR to your picture time. It is your team’s responsibility to ensure players’ names are spelled correctly and package orders are correct. The photographer does not get a copy of the parent order forms; he only sees the Manager forms. Any mistakes will be the responsibility of the person filling out the manager’s form (Including associated expenses with retakes and/or spelling corrections). The Manager form should include any missing players’ names as well as players who are not placing individual orders. (These names will be included on the Team picture.). 3.- Please reinforce to your parents/players to be on time since one late group affects the rest of the pictures for that night. 4.- Place the money and Order Forms in a sealed envelope with your name and team name on it. Give the completed Manager Form and your envelope to me on picture day. I prefer pictures be paid by cheque or money order. If there will be cash in the envelope, please make sure you put it in a separate envelope or staple it together and mark the player’s name and/or attach the order form to it. A note about the weather: If it is raining on and off and we can fit pictures in, we will be going ahead with them. If your picture night is rained out, you will be notified of an alternate time.
