AMENDMENT OF DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 91-87, DATED JULY 13, 1987 AS FAR AS THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MULANAY, QUEZON IS CONCERNED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1986, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region IV, the Provincial Governor; the Sangguniang'Panlalawigan; the Provincial Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor of Quezon; the Municipal Mayor; the Sangguniang Bayan; the Municipal Treasurer of Mulanay and Others Concerned.
In view of the letter dated September 14, 1987, of the Commission on Audit, revising its certification as to the average annual income of the municipality of Nulanay in the province of Quezon, actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years 1982-1985 from 892,786.80 to ja1,027,255.90, the said municipality is hereby reclassified anew from Third to Second Class, effective July 1, 1986. The foregoing classification shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of municipal officials and employees of Mulanay in accordance with existing law and regulations. The municipality concerned will be reclassified again effective July 1, 1987 in accordance with Executive Order No. 249 dated July 25, 1987 based on the certification of the average annual income for the last four (4) consecutive calendar years 1983-1986 to be issued by the Commission on Audit.
This accordingly amends Department Order No. 91-87, dated July 13, 1987.
