SUB-CLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1980, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance Region VI, Provincial Governor, Municip&l.4(ayors, the Local Sanggunians, Provincial Treasurer and Auditor, Municipal Treasurers, and Others Concerned

Pursuant to Section 6 of Presidential Decree No. 465, and on the basis of the average annual income actually realized during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1978 and 1979), as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter dated September 19, 1980, the present sub-classifications of the following municipalities are hereby maintained, effective July 1, 1980, as follows AVERAGE INCOME MUNICIPALITIES

The foregoing sub-classifications shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory oteit4gbutions in the adoption o the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations.
