Terms and Conditions: 1. The Vendor shall supply the Desk as per the technical specification mentioned in the technical documents. 2. The vender will show sample of the product & gets its approval for technical specifications & quality of the material. 3. The final products supplied need to be exactly the same as the sample approved in its technical specification & quality of the material, used, failing which product will be rejected. 4. The shipment of consignment ordered shall be in the name of Registrar, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi. 5. No advance payment will be made for the supply of item 6. “Appropriate methods will be adopted by the University to ensure the quality” of the items used in the manufacturing and such assessment of quality is binding on the vendor. 7. In case of the item supplied is not inconformity with the specification or found to be of lesser quality than specified, such items will be rejected and any loss sustained by the vendor. 8. The rates quoted to be Inclusive of all taxes as applicable and same should appear in the bills are well. 9. Payment will be made after supply of ordered item at specified location and certificate from the concern section head for receipt of the same in good condition and also after the successful installation and commissioning of the ordered equipments at the specified location and satisfactory working certificate from concern head. 10. Against Credit Bills in duplicate, preferred in the name of Registrar, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi. 11. The items to be dispatched shall be suitably packed, safe and secure against all possible pilferages/damages etc. during transit. No loose items shall be supplied. 12. The ordered items to be supplied within twenty days from the receipts of order. The items shall be supplied at the specified location. 13. Warranty period for the item should be as specified in the description.

14. The acceptance of items/ equipments supplied shall be subject to inspection by the purchaser whose decision shall be final. Items / equipments not found in line with the specifications are liable to be rejected at the Supplier’s risk. 15. In the event of any dispute arising out of the contract, in regard to the terms and conditions mentioned above, the decision of the purchaser shall be final and binding on the supplier. 16. In the event of any dispute arising out of the contract, in regard to the terms and conditions mentioned above, such arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of Belagavi city only. Only Belagavi city courts will have jurisdiction to try and decide the matter relating to this order. 17. 98% of the bill value after supply and commissioning of the ordered equipment as the specified location. 18. Balance 2% of the order value to be released after successful completion of the one year warranty period from the date of bill issued and completion of contractual obligations.
