GED Classes Mondays- Fridays, offered by SECS & IPS at 1052 Woodlawn Street. 1st - morning class: 8:15am-10:15am, 2nd –late morning class: 10:30am-12:30 pm. 3rd – afternoon class: 1:15pm – 3:15pm. Interview Skills Workshop Wednesdays (May 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th) from 10 to 11am.Session assists with preparing for those tough questions that come up during interviews. Come to receive assistance on how to interview and answer any questions you have about interviewing. Job Club Thurs.(May 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th) 10-11am at SECS,Tips on interviewing, job search, filling out applications, meeting with employers, and money management. Computer Classes: Free! Microsoft Office classes, which includes small group instruction on whatever Word, Excel and PowerPoint questions you might have. Weekly class times are Sat. from 9:45 to 11:45am, Thur. from 5:30 to 7:30pm and Mon. from 6 to 8pm. Beginning Computer Basics classes (Tues, Wed, Sat.)12-1pm.Classes are in the SECS computer lab. Southeast Community Services Homework Support Program is a free program offered to 12-17 year old students living on the southeast side of Indy. Each student will receive homework assistance, afternoon snack and $$$ incentives for completing the program. Program will end June 2nd and re-starts on Sept. 5th.
