Flat Profile Tiles: applied to roof as defined in standard plan. Flat Profile Roof Tiles from Bristile Concrete Classic Shingle Range only. Colorbond Roof Sheetiing from Ausbuild aproved Range.

Dishwasher: Westinghouse WSF6608X. Includes installation.

Flooring Throughout: includes floor coverings supplied to all dry areas / internal living areas as detailed in Ausbuild standard plans. Note; wet areas flooring is provided in standard inclusions. • Carpet only applied to all areas as defined in Standard Design (Typically Bedrooms, Study, Lounge, Media/Theatre, Leisure/Rumpus). • Carpet selected from Ausbuild Standard Builders Carpet Range. (Selections outside this range could incur additional costs). • Timber-Look Laminate or Tiles only applied to all areas as defined in Standard Design (Typically Livings Areas, Hall, Kitchen & Dining). • Timber-Look Laminate or Tiles selected from Ausbuild Standard Builders Range.
