FIT PALS CLUB ACTIVITY DESCRIPTIONS For ages 3-13 as notes in activity description.

Fit Pals Club membership is FREE for Family Membership Holders. To take part in all activities you must pre-register your child as a Fit Pals Club member online at www.neighborhoodclub.org Once your child is registered as a Fit Pal, simply drop in to most activities on the monthly schedule unless advance reservation required or a class maximun is indicated. (For example, Pool activities require advance reservations.) Reservations for Parents’ Night Out must be made online at www.neighborhoodclub.org. Reservations for Aqua Frogs and Kids Splash, call (313) 885-4600. NOTE: For activities where advance reservation is required, there is a $10 charge for no-shows. Cancellations for reservations must be made by noon the day the activity is taking place to avoid the $10 charge. Call (313) 885-4600 to cancel your reservation. Aqua Frogs Members Ages 3-5 Kids will have fun in the pool and will get a workout by playing organized games and activities in the shallow water. Swimming ability is not required. Must be pottytrained to participate. Reservation Required. Class Maximum: 6 Basketball Skills and Drills Members Ages 9-13 This class incorporates skill-building drills, games and strength and conditioning exercises. For all Levels. Cardio & Games Members Ages 9-13 This class includes aerobic exercise through fun activities such as relay races, tag games and obstacle courses. Champions Members Ages 5-8, Ages 9-13 Get the same training that athletes get in a kid-oriented atmosphere. These workouts can include obstacle courses, sports training, competitive team sports and other aerobic activities. Fit N Fun Members Ages 5-8 Ideal for all children, this class incorporates basic aerobic exercises as well as physical activities and playful competition. All children are welcome, whether an athlete or someone who just wants to run around and have fun. Floor Hockey Members Ages 9-13 This class covers all the basics of Floor Hockey. Participants will be taught drills and play games. Foam sticks are provided for optimal safety. Kids Splash Members Ages 5-10 Kids will get a great workout in the pool through fun games and activities. Swimming ability is not required. Reservation required. Class Maximum: 8 Yoga Members Ages 9-13 This is an introductory class for students who are new to yoga or want to refresh their yoga practice. Please bring your own mat.

Members Ages 5-13 $15/child. Must be a registered Fit Pals Club member to participate. Online Reservation Required. Fun, Fitness, Food and a Movie! Drop off the kids and enjoy the evening. Your children will be under the supervision of CPR and first aid certified instructors. The night will consist of fun and fitness in the gymnasium, swimming in the pool, dinner and a movie. Dinner will include pizza and lemonade.  A PG movie will be accompanied by popcorn.  Space is limited, make a reservation online by Thursday, February 15. www.neighborhoodclub.org

Check-in Process:

Parents MUST walk thier child into the building, scan member key fob at the front desk, then proceed to check-in with the instructor in the Community Room. Check-in for aqua classes takes place in the pool.

Pick-up Process:
