Florida Update January 29, 2015 Hello Travelers and Parents, I just wanted to give you an update on the progress of our Florida Trip. I have been getting a lot of questions lately, and I will try to answer as many as possible. Here we go… 1. The Trip is from Monday, April 6th to Monday, April 13th. One flight (United) will be leaving very early on Monday, April 6th. 2. We are at Disney World from Monday, April 6th to Friday, April 10th. We are staying at the All-Star Resort Music. On Friday afternoon we will transfer to the Doubletree at Universal Orlando and stay there until our check out on Monday, April 13th. 3. Flight Times – You son/daughter knows which flight they have been assigned. There are 6 flights, all leaving LAX. We will provide bus transportation to and from LAX. The times below are departure and arrival times at the airports. We will provide travelers with bus pick up times in the final packet you will receive in March. 4. Travelers will have a 4 day Park Hopper Pass at Disney World and a 2 Day Pass for Universal Orlando (which includes Harry Potter Land) 5. Students will need to bring money for meals on Monday, April 6th. All other meals will be provided for the students either by planned meal, cash or gift card. 6. Chaperone Groups will be assigned shortly and the list will be posted. 7. An Emergency Phone Number will be given to every traveler. The number will be monitored by our chaperones. Parents will also be supplied this number for contacting students.

8. ID for the flights. Travelers need to have a photo ID. Passport, Driver’s License or School ID should work. 9. The weather should be warm. Packing Lists will be provided in March. 10. A Parents Meeting will be scheduled in early March so we can go over final instructions and pass out information packets.
