The following vacancies shall be filled purely on temporary basis, renewable annually (two years) , in ICMR-ICSSR Sanctioned Research project under Joint Collaborative project between LPS Institute of Cardiology and Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, Kanpur to be filled in through Walk-in Interview as indicated below: Topic of the Project Sanctioned from Indian Council of Medical Research : “ Initiation, improvement, maintenance and evaluation of healthy diet, lifestyle and stress in women patients suffering from Hypertension and who are at risk of developing Coronary artery disease”. Date of Interview: 24/ 04/ 2017 Place: LPS Institute of Cardiology Note: Candidates should report for verification of documents between 10 .00 -11.00 hours. QUALIFICATIONS: (For JRF) Essential: Postgraduate degree holders in Pharmacy/Life Sciences or equivalent examination. Preferential: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and exposure of Pathological parameters.

Upper age limit: Not more than 28 years relax able by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC.

(For SRF) Postgraduate degree holders in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy with two year research experience. Preferential: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and exposure of Pathological parameters with publication track record. Age not more than 32 years relax able by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC. Bring two copies of your CV. Duty Timings: 9.0 AM to 5.PM at Institute of Cardiology or PSIT (As and when Required) Job Description: To prepare Questionnaire (Both in English and Hindi) and educational material and Implement to hypertensive women patients who are ready to sign informed consent form. Also counsel patients about disease and lifestyle modifications and explain role of stress in development of cardiovascular diseases.
