REGISTRATION GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: - a player will ONLY be allowed to participate, once the registration form is completed and returned with the required fees - a fee of $50.00 will be assessed to all NSF cheques - NO refunds will be issued after October 15, barring an injury or other medical reasons at the discretion of Slam Basketball - a player will be deemed registered, once all required forms and fees are received - each player must bring a basketball, reversable jersey, shorts, bball shoes, skipping rope and waterbottle - Lunch break chaperoes and movie provided. Lunch NOT provided Subway on site or bring lunch

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:

Saskatoon Slam Basketball Club cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal effects during practices, games and/or tournaments.

INCOME TAX CREDIT:

In accordance with the Income Tax Act, the full amount of the registration fee (to the extent possible) is deemed to qualify for the Children's Fitness Tax Credit.
