I agree my child is able to participate in the Shooting Stars Basketball camp May 23rd-25th, 2017. I hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Brandon Stockton, the Green County School District, Green County Cross Country team and all members, The Green County Board of Education, its directors and employees, and anyone working the camp from all claims or liabilities of any kind relating to this participant arising out of this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. Furthermore, I hereby assume all risk of personal injury, sickness, death, damage and expense to this participant as a result of participation in said event.
