Get users to set up devices and download apps Users can download G Suite apps like Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, and Calendar to their mobile device and use G Suite on the go. As the G Suite Administrator, you can manage your users’ devices. This means, for example, that you can recommend apps to download, enforce strong passwords, and block or wipe corporate data if the device is lost. To begin using G Suite on their mobile device, users first enroll it. You can choose to approve personal devices. Your users must download the Google Apps Device Policy app (Android) or Google Device Policy app (iOS®). This lets you manage the device, so you’ll be able to wipe corporate data if they lose their device and recommend whitelisted apps for your users to download.
