Alleged food poisoning due to ice cream in Lacag, Daraga, Albay
A total of eleven (11) people experienced vomiting and dizziness after eating an ice cream during a family event in Lacag, Daraga, Albay yesterday, February 4, 2016 around 7:00 pm. The ill patients were brought to Bicol Regional Training and Teaching Hospital, five (5) of whom were treated as outpatient and six (6) are still admitted for further management. Health consequences:

Incident Vehicular accident in General Santos City
Brief Description Initial report: A vehicular accident occurred after a head on collision between two (2) tricycles, a motorcycle and a PUV (van) last February 2, 2016 at 6:15 am in the morning. Three (3) deaths and seven (7) were injured in the said incident. All injured individuals were brought to General Santos District Hospital for treatment. Four (4) of the seven (7) injured are in critical condition. Health consequences:
