Parent Accounts: To access student information through the Home Access Center, guardians with a valid email address on file with CCISD will automatically have a new CCISD Connect Account created for them featuring grades and attendance information. If a parent or guardian has not received a notification or does not have an up-to-date email address on file, please contact Ms. Carr ([email protected]) in the main office. Login to the Home Access Center from the Kaffie website ((http://kaffie.ccisd.us) or directly through the link: https://hac.ccisd.us/HomeAccess

Student Accounts: Students with CCISD have Home Access Center Accounts created for them upon resgistration. The Home Access Login credentials are the identical to the username/password used for school computers. Students will be logging in through ELA classes when they visit the school library starting Sept. 6th or sooner in some instances. Login to the Home Access Center from the Kaffie web page (http://kaffie.ccisd.us) or directly through the link: https://hac.ccisd.us/HomeAccess

Home Access Center Home

Toggle between the “Week View”, “Calendar”, and “School Links” to view your child’s schedule of assignments for the week and current student links. Click on “Full View Schedule” in the “Week View Tab” (to the right of the screen) to go to student assignments with score details. Teacher email address links are listed below each class on the “Week’s View”.

Attendance

View your child’s calendar view of absences for the week. Use the arrows to scroll through information for a different month in the school year. Hover over a colored absence to view details and absence description. Use the Color Legend below the calendar to view the attendance type.

Classes

Toggle between “Classwork” and “Schedule” tabs to view your child’s assignments and scores. Click on “Full View” (to the right of the page) to see more detailed assignment information including the overall course average, average score, total weight, and weighted score. You may sort the classes by Report Card Run, Course or Assignment Due Date (on the left of the page). Once you select your sort preference, click Refresh View.

Grades

Toggle between the IPR and Report Card buttons to view issued Interim Progress Reports and Report Card grades for each six weeks.

Registration

View student registration Information such as Emergency Information and listed Contacts for your child and on this tab. Contact Ms. Carr to update information.

Alerts Set up mobile or email alerts.
