Key messages
เราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิของ HMRPO ใน 3Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 1.2 พันล้านบาท (+25% YoY, +5% QoQ) จากการที่ SSSG พลิก มาเป็ นบวกที่ 1-2% และ GPM ที่ 26.0% เราคาดว่า SSSG จะดี ขึ้นอย่างมากจากใน 4Q60 จากการสิ้ นสุ ดช่วงไว้ทุกข์ประเทศ และฐานที่ต่าในปี ที่แล้ว และจากแนวโน้มเศรษฐกิจที่สดใส ในปี หน้า เราจึงคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิของ HMPRO ในปี หน้าจะ โตได้ต่อเนื่อง 13.7% YoY ถึงแม้จะเหลือ upside ไม่มาก แต่ เราเชื่อว่าหุ ้น HMPRO อาจจะ overshoot ไปได้ในระยะสั้น จากปั จจัยบวกต่างๆที่รออยูข่ า้ งหน้า ซึ่ งเรามองว่าเป็ นโอกาส ให้นกั ลงทุนเข้าเก็งกาไรระยะสั้นได้ อย่างไรก็ตามสาหรับนัก ลงทุนระยะยาว เราแนะนาให้พิจารณาเลือกหุ ้นประเภท laggard อย่างเช่น C.P. lmpact การบริโภคที่ฟื้นตัวดึงให้ SSSG กลับมาเป็ นบวก เราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ของ HMRPO ใน 3Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 1.2 พันล้านบาท (+25% YoY, +5% QoQ) จากการที่ SSSG พลิกมาเป็ นบวกที่ 1-2%จาก -6.3% ใน 2Q60 และ GPM ที่ 26.0% ซึ่งการจับจ่ายใช้สอยที่เพิม่ ขึ้น ส่ งผลให้ SSSG ของสาขาในกรุ งเทพและต่างจังหวัดพลิกมาเป็ นบวกที่ 2-4% และ 0-1% จาก -2.0% และ -9.0% ใน 2Q60 ทั้งนี้ เมื่อรวมยอดขายของสาขาใหม่แล้ว เราคาดว่ายอดขายจะอยูท่ ี่ 1.60 หมื่นล้านบาท (+15% YoY, 8% QoQ) โดยใน 3Q60 บริ ษทั ได้เปิ ดMegaHome 1 สาขา,HomeProมาเลเซีย 2 สาขา และ มีการแปลง HomePro Living 2 สาขาเป็ น HomePro size S เพราะฉะนั้น ในปั จจุบนั HMPRO จึงมีสาขา ทั้งหมดในปั จจุบนั 101 สาขา (HomePro 89 สาขา และ MegaHome 12 สาขา) เพิม่ ขึ้นจาก 88 สาขาใน 3Q59 และ 96 สาขาใน 2Q60 (+15% YoY, +5% QoQ) เราคาดว่า GPM จะยังอยูท่ ี่ 26.0% เท่ากับ 2Q60 เนื่ องจากคาดว่าสัดส่ วน private brand-to-sales จะยังทรงตัวอยูท่ ี่ 19% คาดว่าผลประกอบการจะดีเยีย่ มในไตรมาสที่สี่ เราเชื่ อว่าผลประกอบการใน 4Q60 จะดีเนื่ องจากเป็ นช่วง high season และยังอาจได้อานิสงส์จาก มาตรการกระตุน้ เศรษฐกิจของรัฐบาลด้วย เราคาดว่า SSSG จะดีข้ ึนอย่างมากจากโมเมนตั้มการใช้จ่ายที่ แข็งแกร่ ง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิง่ ในช่วงเดื อนพฤศจิกายน-ธันวาคมหลังจากที่ผา่ นช่วงไว้ทุกข์ประเทศไปแล้ว และจากฐานเปรี ยบเทียบที่ต่าเมื่อปี ก่อน นอกจากนี้ เรายังคาดว่าอารมณ์ในการจับจ่ายใช้สอยของ ผูบ้ ริ โภคในงาน HomePro Expo ปี นี้ ก็น่าจะดีกว่าเมื่อปี ที่แล้ว คาดว่ากาไรจะโตต่ อเนื่องในปี 2561 เราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ของ HMPRO ในปี หน้าจะโตได้ต่อเนื่องที่ 13.7% YoY จากฐานที่ต่าในปี นี้ การฟื้ น ตัวต่อเนื่องของการบริ โภค และการลงทุนภาครัฐ โดยเราคาดว่า SSSG ของ HMPRO ในปี 2561 น่าจะอยู่ ที่ 3.0% ในขณะที่การพัฒนาสิ นค้า house brand และการประหยัดต่อขนาดของ MegaHomeก็น่าจะช่วย หนุนให้ GPM อยูท่ ี่ 26.2% Valuation & Action จากปัจจัยบวกต่างๆ ทาให้ราคาหุ ้นวิ่งขึ้นมาถึง 27% ตั้งแต่เราเลือกเป็ นหุ ้นเด่นในกลุ่มในบทวิเคราะห์เมื่อ วันที่ 16 มิถุนายน 2560 ถึงแม้เราจะพิจารณา upside สาหรับปี FY61 ไว้ที่ 12.40 บาท (ราคาเป้ าหมายของ เราอิงจากมูลค่าใน 1H61 ที่ 11.90 บาท) ซึ่งเหลือ upside อีกไม่มาก แต่เราเชื่อว่าหุ ้น HMPRO มีโอกาสที่ จะ overshoot ได้ในระยะสั้นจากปั จจัยบวกต่างๆ ที่รออยูข่ า้ งหน้า ไม่วา่ จะเป็ น SSSG ที่พลิกมาเป็ นบวก แนวโน้มกาไรที่แข็งแกร่ งทั้งใน 4Q60 และ FY61 โมเมนตั้มการฟื้ นตัวของเศรษฐกิจ และมาตรการ กระตุน้ เศรษฐกิจของรัฐบาล เราคาดว่าปั จจัยบวกเหล่านี้ จะเป็ นโอกาสให้นกั ลงทุนเข้าเก็งกาไรใน HMPRO ได้ในระยะสั้น อย่างไรก็ตามสาหรับนักลงทุนระยะยาว เราแนะนาให้พิจารณาเลือกหุ้นประเภท laggard อย่างเช่น C.P.
