In view of above orders and further instructions there on, the Joint Signatory powers for drawl of SSA funds from SMC account is here by delegated to the newly elected SMC Chairperson and SMC Member convener-Head Master/ in charge Head Master. They are authorized to dra'Y funds from the SMC account as per the resolutions passed in the SMC meetings.

No.A3/1256/2012, dated _.07.2013 of the State Project Director, RVM AP, Hyderabad. ***** I am to inform that till now the School Management Committee Accounts are Joint Signatory Accounts and are presently operated by Head master and Senior Teacher jointly. Now in view of the orders issued in the reference 2nd & 3rdcited joint signatory powers have been delegated to SMC Chairperson and SMC Member Convener -Head Master/ In charge Head Master. They are authorized to draw SSA funds from the SMC account. You are therefore requested to honour cheques issued with the joint signature by SMC Chairperson & SMC Member Convener -Head Mastet/lncharge Head Master after obtaining the specimen signatures of the above persons.
