The existing instructions regarding regulation of dearness relief to pensioners,as containedin Departmentof pensioners/family ernployedlre-employed dated02.07.1999, as No. 45173197-P&PW(G) Pension& PensionersWelfareO.M. amendedfromtime to time, shallcontinueto apply. 11. Theseorderswouldnot be applicablefor the purposeof revisionof pensionof thosepensionerswho were drawingcompulsoryretirementpensionunderRule40 of allowanceunderRule 41 of the CCS the CCS (Pension)Rulesor compassionate (Pension)Rules.The pensionersin thesecategorieswouldcontinueto be entitledto revisedpensionin accordancewith the instructionscontainedin this Department's dated4.8.24rc. The pensionof the pensionerswho are drawingmonthlypensionfrorn the Governmenton permanentabsorptionin public sector undertakingsiautonomous bodies will also be revised in accordancewith these orders. The amount of additionalpensionwill be shown distinctlyin the pensionpayment order. For example,in case where a pensioneris more than 80 years of age and

his/herrevisedpensionis Rs.10,000pm, the pensionwill be shown as (i).Basic pension=Rs,10,000 and (ii) Additionalpension= Rs.2,000pm.
