CALL TO ORDER
The McGehee School Board met in regular session Tuesday, July 28,2015 in the high school library. Vice President Joe Owyoung called the meeting to order at 5 :00 p.m. with the following members present: Judy Lattimore, William Campbell, and Toby Young. A motion was made by William Campbell and seconded by Judy Lattimore to accept the consent agenda as follows:
1. Minutes: regular session June 30, 2015 2. Invoices and financial statement 3. Milk and Bread Bids for 2015-2016: Hiland Dairy for milk & milk products and Flowers Baking Co. of Tyler, TX for bread & bread products 4. Personnel Policies: Licensed 2015-2016 personnel policies as presented with no changes
5. E-Rate Consulting Renewal: Allen & Allen Consulting services for $4,500.00 for funding year 2016-2017 E-rate processing and consulting 6. NTLS/MAT Program Assistance Initiative Contracts: Alfonzo Dixon and Kelby Snow each $5,000.00 in two installments at $2,500.00 per year toward expenses incurred while completing academic requirements of the NLTIMAT certification program for 2 years. Additionally, they agree to work for the McGehee School District for 4 years. Motion carried 4-0. A motion was made by Toby Young and seconded by William Campbell to accept the following District Policies Manual Revisions: Section 6 - School, Home, and Community Relations 6.6 Fund Raising
Motion carried 4-0.
A motion was made by Judy Lattimore and seconded by William Campbell to accept the Conner Jr. High/McGehee High School 2015-2016 school year handbook changes/corrections. Motion carried 4-0.

Katie Daniel entered the meeting at 5: 10 p.m. A motion was made by William Cambpell and seconded by Katie Daniel to accept the additional duties salary schedule revision. Motion carried 5-0. A motion was made by Toby Young and seconded by William Campbell to accept the school board 2015 election resolution. Motion carried 5-0.

A motion was made by William Campbell and seconded by Katie Daniel to accept recommendation to hire the following for the 2015-2016 school year: 1. Julia Merrill, Food Service Worker 2. Talitha Hogue, Food Service Worker 3. Lois Watkins, Bus Driver Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURN
A motion was made by Judy Lattimore and seconded by William Campbell to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
