East Elementary PTO Newsletter

The Sunshine Times May 2017 The PTO is seeking individuals for the 2017-2018 school year to serve as secretary & treasurer on our board. We are also in need of event chairs to assist in planning and coordinating events. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Melissa Walhovd, (920) 674-3528 or [email protected].

Schoolkidz, a Staples Company, school supply kits will be available for the 2017-2018 school year for East Elementary. Orders will need to be placed before summer break. More info to come soon!

 Just a couple friendly reminders:  Please submit Box Tops and Labels for Education in separate baggies.  Be sure to mark the plastic bag with your child’s teacher and grade.  It’s also a huge time saver if you could cut along the dotted line when possible. Fall Fun Run We have begun the work to organize our fundraising Boosterthon fun run happening in October 2017. As part of this event we are looking for community sponsors before we break from school this summer. We are providing each student with a tshirt that they can tally laps completed on and keep as a trophy/souvenir of their participation. We have 3 levels of sponsorship available for the shirt ranging from $250$750. If you own a business, work for an area business, or have a connection to one, we'd love to work together on building a relationship along with this event. Please contact us at [email protected].
