Middle School News Week of 3/21/16 Pi Day Memorization Competition! Our top 3 middle schoolers astounded us by memorizing 138, 140, and 171 digits of Pi! These students had the opportunity to “Pie” an administrator. They were given the choice between Mr. Garza and me. After little consideration, the students chose to pie us both!
This picture was taken right after we were “Pied”. I was attempting to remove the shaving cream from my eyes so that I can assess the damage to myself and Mr. Garza. Students, myself, Mr. Garza, and staff all enjoyed assembly that day! Congratulations to all of our finalists! Ms. Nickel
