Wedding Receptions At Milo’s Catering, we understand that every wedding reception is unique. As such, our prices vary based on your chosen venue, service style, setup requirements, and entrée selections. Generally speaking, buffet and plated meals start at $30 per person and include salad, bread, entrée, sides, water, coffee, china, flatware, and glassware for the table. Additional costs include service staff, hors d’oeuvres, beverages, bartenders, and table linen. On average, a complete wedding package typically ends up between $45$70 per person depending on the details of your special day. Please contact our Event Coordinators for a complete, customized quote.

Plated Meals Meals are individually plated and served to each guest. You may choose to offer guest’s choice of entrée, or you can select a duet plate for all of your guests. Plates include your choice of side dish and vegetable, as well as your choice of salad and assorted artisan dinner rolls served tableside.

Dinner Buffets Allow guests to create their own plate! Choose your entrées, side, vegetable and salad, to be served buffet-style with assorted artisan dinner rolls.

Family Style Your choice of salad, entrées, side and vegetable are served to each table on large platters for guests to pass and share. Meals are served with assorted artisan dinner rolls at the table.

Hors d’oeuvre Reception Choose a wide variety of hors d’oeuvres, displays and stations to create a filling meal in a format that encourages your guests to mingle.

Booking Guidelines Events are not fully booked until a signed contract and deposit are received and verified with your Event Coordinator. A non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of your estimated cost is required at the time of contract signing. The deposit will be applied towards the final invoice. A non-refundable payment of 50% of the total cost of catering the party is due at least 45 days before the event. The balance of the total cost is to be paid at least 10 days prior to the event. Any remaining balances or guest count increases shall be paid in full prior to the event.
