MINISTRY ORDER NO. November 25, 190 SUBJECT

SUB-CLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, RIZAL, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1980, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF P.3ESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

TO

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region IN, Provincial Governor, Municipal Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan, Provincial Treasurer and Auditor, Municipal Treasurer, and Others Concerned.

Pursuant to Section 6 of Presidential Decree No. 465, and on the basis of the average annual income of $2,789,394.07, actually realized during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1978 and 1979), as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter dated October 30, 1980, the present sub-classification of the municipality of Taytay, Rizal, as a First Class - C-municipality is hereby maintained, effective July 1, 1980. The foregoing sub-classification of the said municipality shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations.
