RECLASSIFICATION OF THE CITY OF DAPITAN EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region IX, City Mayor, Sangguniang Panlungsod, City Treasurer and Auditor and Others Concerned.

Pursuant to Section 2 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the City of Dapitan is hereby reclassified from Third to First Class, effective July 1, 1982, on the basis of its average annual income of ,309,363.00 actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (19781981), as certified by the Commission on Audit in its letter dated May 12, 1983. Furthermore, pursuant to Section 3 of the aforementioned Presidential Decree, the City of Dapitan is hereby subclassified as First Class-C, effective July 1, 1982 on the basis of its average annual income of 04,315,486.89 actually realized during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1980-1981), as certified also by the said Commission. The foregoing classification and sub-classification of the said city shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees of Dapitan City in accordance with existing law and regulations.
