RECLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITY OF MALASIQUI, PANGASINAN, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1978, IN ACCORD' ANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region I, provincial Governor, Municipal Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan, Provincial and Municipal Treasurers, Provincial Auditor and Others Concerned.

Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the municipality of Malasiqui, Pangasinan is hereby reclassified from Fourth to Third Class, effective July 1, 1978, on the basis of its average annual income of P609,375.7O actually realized

during the last four (4) consecutive fiscal years (1974-1977), as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter dated June 18, 1980. The foregoing classification of the said municipality shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory. contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations.

This accordingly supplements the enclosed copy of Ministry Order No. 1-80 dated January 10, 1980,.of this Ministry.
