AMENDING MINISTRY ORDER NO. 4-83, DATED DECEMBER 28, 1982 AS FAR AS THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465 IS CONCERNED.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region II, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor of Davao del Sur, the Municipal Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Treasurer of Digos and Others Concerned.

In view of the letter dated May 3, 1983, of the Commission on Audit, revising its previous certification as to the average annual income of the municipality of Digos, actually realised during the last two (2) consecutive calendar years (1980r1981) from 1P3,479,634.97 to P3,545,933.80, the previous sub-classification of the said munic* ipality is hereby modified from First Class.C to First Class-B, also effective July 1, 1982. This accordingly amends Ministry Order No. 4-83, dated December 28, 1982. By authority of,the Minister:
