For the information of all concemed, this Division will conduct an inventory of elementary and secondary schools personnel from July 23-30, 2Q14 at the Science lnteractive Center starting 8:00 a.m. for purposes of reviewing and re-assessing the deployment of teacher items in the schools.

Audit teams A, B and C will take charge of Groups A, B and C for the day, respectively. The Personnel lnventory Template to be used by the teams will be made available at the Division Planning Services. Attached is the schedule of inventory per school.

Attendance of all the principals is a must. They are advised to bring the SF1 (School Register), SF 7(School Personnel Assignment List and Basic profile) and SF4 for June 6 and for June 30,2014 (Monthly Learners' Movement and Attendance)' Likewise, principals are to submit during this activity, using the attached form, the name-list of leamers who failed to report at the opening of classes up to the present and the reason for not retuming to their respective school.
