DIVISION TRAINING- WORKSHOP ON THE USE OF HARMONIZED GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES (HGDG) TOOLS CUM SYNCHRONIZED GAD PLANNING AND BUDGETING OIC - Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) Schools Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads Training and Development Coordinators Gender and Development Coordinators Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinators All Others Concerned 1, The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will be holding DIVISION TRAININGWORKSHOP ON THE USE OF HARMONIZED GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES (HGDG) TOOLS CUM SYNCHRONIZED GAD PLANNING AND BUDGETING on December 12-13, 2017 at Camp Benjamin Alfonso, Maragondon Road, Brgy. Taywanak Ilaya, Alfonso, Cavite. 2. This two- day activity aims to: a. explain the objectives, principles, application and features of the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines; b. apply and demonstrate the utilization of the tool in project identification, design, implementation and M and E; c. analyze gender issues in the whole project development and implementation cycle and assess the gender responsiveness of these projects; and d. consolidate 2017 accomplishment report and prepare 2019 GAD plan and budget. 3. School Heads are advised to issue Special Order indicating that the coordinators (Training and Development, GAD and Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinators) shall serve for the minimum of Three (3) years and should be submitted ASAP for basis of the the list of participants. 4. Participants to this activity are the Forty Three (43) Training and Development Coordinators, Forty Three (43) Gender and Development Coordinators, Forty Three (43) Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinators and Twenty One (21) GFPS including Technical Working Group for a total of One Hundred Fifty (150) participants. (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of attendees).

5. Participants should be at the venue at exactly 7 o' clock in the morning and advised to bring the following a. Laptop and extension cord b. soft and hard copy of GAD Plan and Budget for 2019 c. soft and hard copy of finalized Accomplishment Report 2017 d. calendar of Activities for 2018 e. sample approved Training Proposal 6. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds for these purpose be charged against division HRTD Fund subject to COA accounting and procedures.
