NOTICE OF ELECTION To the registered voters of the Silverton Independent School District: Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 7, 2017, for voting in a special election on the following measures: Authorizing the Board of Trustees of Silverton Independent School District to purchase attendance credits from the state with local tax revenues. Authorizing the board of trustees of Silverton Independent School District to educate students of other school districts with local tax revenues. LOCATION OF ELECTION DAY POLLING PLACE: Silverton Public Library 405 Broadway Silverton, TX 79257 EARLY VOTING: Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at the Main Early Voting Place: Briscoe County Clerk’s Office 415 Main St. Silverton, TX 79257 Dates Monday, October 23, 2017 Tuesday, October 24, 2017 Wednesday, October 25, 2017 Thursday, October 26, 2017 Friday, October 27, 2017 Monday, October 30, 2017 Tuesday, October 31, 2017 Wednesday, November 1, 2017 Thursday, November 2, 2017 Friday, November 3, 2017
