NOTICE OF CITY OF DULUTH PRIMARY ELECTION AND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT #709 PRIMARY ELECTION In compliance with the Law of the State of Minnesota, notice is hereby given that there will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, a City of Duluth and Independent School District #709 Primary Election. The City of Duluth Primary Election is conducted for the purpose of selecting candidates for the offices as follows: Councilor – At Large (2) Councilor – Fourth District

The Independent School District #709 Primary Election is conducted for the purpose of selecting candidates for the offices as follows: Members of the School Board – At Large (2) (Precincts (1-30, 32-34, and City of Rice Lake and Townships of Gnesen, Lakewood, Normanna, North Star, and Unorganized Precincts 2 and 23)
