OSA will be expected to take ownership of a “territory” and to touch upwards of twenty devices per day. Reliable transportation and a track record of showing up for work are a must. Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use tools to change CRU’s, clear paper jams, and accomplish basic troubleshooting is required. Training will be provided. Must be able to lift HP Desktop Enterprise single function printers and small Enterprise Multifunction Devices to counter height. Lifting requirement for individual OSA’s shall not exceed 40lbs.
