Marketing Radon to the Real Estate Professional Trudy Smith, Spruce Environmental
Description:
Most homeowners test for radon only during a real estate transaction, so the real estate agent becomes a critical point of information and attitude formation for sellers and buyers. The agent is a key marketing target for the radon professional. Using marketing principles, this four-hour course gives radon professionals the framework and tools to market radon testing and fixing as beneficial to the agent and client alike. The goal is to increase the demand for radon services and develop a positive attitude toward radon in the real estate community. The course handouts include a ready-made presentation to real estate agents.
