Mobile Lesson Plan Viewer for Teachers Teachers now have access to view their lesson plans on any mobile device.

Accessing the Mobile Site From your mobile device go to mobile.oncoursesystems.com. Log in using your same User Name and Password. You will be prompted to add an icon to your homepage for quick access. Note: On your initial login the site may load slowly, this will improve with use.

Viewing Your Plans You will be brought to a screen displaying today's lesson plan. You can open a calendar using the icon in the top-middle of your screen. You can change the day of the week towards the bottom of the screen. **NOTE**: You will see as many columns as you have set up in the desktop version of OnCourse. This is not something you can change in the mobile version.

Viewing Attachments For any given day, you can view any documents, homework, or standards you have attached to that lesson plan block.

Viewing Comments You can click on the "Comments" icon at the bottom of your screen to view any comments your administrators have made on your lesson plans. Unread comments will be listed under "New Comments" while read and archived messages will be listed under "Old Comments".

Searching Lesson Plans You also have the ability to search through your lesson plans by keyword.

Posting Plans Using the icon in the top-right corner of your screen, you can post or un-post your lesson plans.

Notes Keep in mind this app is only designed to allow you to view your lesson plans, not make changes. Any changes you wish to make will have to be done on the desktop version of OnCourse.

What if I do not have access to the mobile site? This feature is one that has to be activated by OnCourse. Please contact your school system manager. This person can contact OnCourse to have the feature activated.
