Orientation 2017 MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 1:00–5:00 pm: Orientation Assistants return and settle into their dorms, assisting their Houseparents with any set-up. Houseparents should be available for any parent visits.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 8:30 am – 12Noon: NEW STUDENTS ARRIVE 11:15 am–12:00 pm: New Day Student and Parents Meeting in the Bunch Theatre. Between 12 noon–2:00 pm: New Grade 11 and 12 students can meet with Mr. Rodrigues and Mr. Kingstone and Mrs. Coull in their offices if they have any questions regarding their academic programs. 12 Noon–1:45 pm: Buffet Lunch for new students, parents, & Orientation Assistants. 2:00–2:30 pm: Head Prefect Oliver Wilson and Marius Felix—Welcome Assembly for all new students and parents in the Bunch Theatre. 2:35–3:30 pm: Meet the House Staff. Students will leave the Assembly and be escorted by staff and students back to the Houses. 3:30 pm: New Parents reception in the McNeill Centre. 4:30 pm: Welcome Assembly for all new students, OAs, RFAs. The Head Prefect and four Assistant Head Prefects. 5:30–6:15 pm: Dinner in Crooks Hall 6:30 pm: All students to sign in at their houses
