Use the class selections on the back of this form or the course guide to circle your selections. 9th grade students must have 7 classes each semester. Advisement, Study Hall, and Lifetime Fitness Education are required. Single semester classes may be placed in student’s final schedule in either semester depending on availability and demand. Students may add a music performance class or other elective instead of study hall with approval from teacher and parents. * indicates a class has a prerequisite. Courses in BOLD require teacher recommendation. Elective options are on the back of this form. Honors and AP courses require a teacher signature and completed contract.
