Request: All City of Two Rivers WI USA Police Arrest Records for Crane Lawrence Miller since 1992. - We assume the residence address is 2137 33rd St. Two Rivers WI, but with the deceptions involved, we are asking for residence status anywhere in the world - including foreign citizenship. Please include the Booking Photos for each and every arrest, detainment, commitment by this Dept. of the City. Please calculate the monies that you plan on charging for this if any. Prejudicing Police with false witness is also a California Bad. Why can't I find out if my brothers and mom died or not?? I am fouusing on Crane here alone on this Friday 13 th of January 2017 F.O.I.A. request. The credibal threats on my et al persons by my family to keep me from blowing the whistle on this RICO ring for the illegal use of my name and invasions into my life with malice and forethought when I had forgiven time and again and wished no harm upon my own family. I was told Two TRivers PD is watching all lodging's and have issued my photos for ID for the contact police if seen notice. The backround police chatter underscores this as does many of the actions so far. I have used all the options for finding out if this is my brother other than hiring a lawyer that is willing to take on corrupotion of a munisipality if this is what this is. i am hoping it's a rights abuse thing to trick a mentally challenged person into allowing for the transfer of wealth via fraud and secreting as well as avoiding the penalties for the thefts and unauthorized use of my et al properties for gains and malice.
