Payment Policy: Conference registration fee MUST accompany this form. Send check/warrants made payable to the Tennessee County Services Association. All fees must be paid in full in order to obtain your badge and event tickets at the conference.

No-Show Policy: No shows forfeit the registration fee. Please notify TCSA by calling (615) 532-3767 if you cannot attend. Substitutions accepted.
Early/Discount Registration:
To receive the early registration price, your check and registration form must be postmarked by May 13, 2016, as indicated above. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy: Refund of conference fee, less a $25 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is postmarked no later than May 12, 2016. After that date, no refund of conference fee will be made.
Hotel Accommodations: The 2016 TCSA Post Legislative Conference will be held May 25-27, 2016, at The Park Vista (800) 421-7275 in Sevier County (Gatlinburg). Additional hotels are also available in the conference area. Please make your own hotel reservations. • Courtyard Marriott - (865) 436-2008 • Hampton Inn - (865) 436-4878 • Glenstone Lodge - (865) 436-9361 • Super 8 - (865) 436-2222 Please be considerate of others when making your hotel reservations by reserving no more than two (2) rooms in your name so that all counties that wish to stay in the conference hotel have that opportunity.
