In addition to the leadership conference, all participants complete a series of workshops and seminars focusing on professional development and core leadership principles. During the fall semester, students work closely and collaboratively with their assigned social justice organization on developing a project that is mutually beneficial to the organization and to the students’ skill set. In the spring semester, students will implement the project, and then present their work at the end.
